Dining on Safari. Meals in Southern Africa generally consist of abundant meat dishes — beef, lamb, chicken, ostrich, venison, and seafood — and are served as a set menu or buffet.

Special Dinners. You’ll venture into the bush to enjoy a memorable torch-lit dinner by the Zambezi River. Savor a traditional lunch in the township of Soweto. And gather together for our special welcome and farewell meals, festive affairs that celebrate your destination and revel in the shared experience of your small group.

While in Victoria Falls, you'll join a local Zimbabwean family at home for dinner.
