After breakfast at your hotel, you’ll set off on a panoramic city tour to see Dublin’s most renowned landmarks, including Dublin Castle and Phoenix Park, one of the oldest and largest urban parks in Europe. Your tour will also include a stop at Teeling Whiskey Distillery, located in the heart of the historic Liberties. Opened in 2015, this is Dublin’s first new distillery in over 125 years. You’ll have the remainder of the day at your leisure, with lunch and dinner on your own.

Enjoy a day to explore on your own. Perhaps you’ll go see the infamous centuries-old mummies housed deep in the crypts of St. Michan’s Church, take in the music performed by talented buskers on Grafton Street, or embark on a search for your long-lost Irish roots at the Glasnevin Cemetery Museum. Fly to Belfast and commence your base tour
After breakfast, we’ll check out and transfer to the airport for your flight to Belfast, where you will join Day 2 of the base tour.

Following breakfast at your hotel, head out on an unforgettable guided panoramic tour of Edinburgh. Today, you’ll enjoy an included full-day excursion to St. Andrews, the delightful seaside “home of golf” and site of Scotland’s first university. Admire the charming, cobbled streets, and green cathedral grounds during a leisurely lunch on your own before returning to Edinburgh. The rest of the afternoon and evening are at your leisure.
