Vantage Deluxe World Travel launches the latest in luxury travel with ms River Voyager
Boston – February 2016 – Vantage Deluxe World Travel is delighted to announce the launch of luxury riverboat cruise ship the ms River Voyager, hitting European waters this March. Inaugural sailings take place March 10, March 21 and March 28, 2016. The 6-star ship introduces a new standard of luxury travel, from the canals of Amsterdam to the majesty of Bucharest.
The state-of-the-art 442-foot vessel was constructed by TeamCo Shipyard, a leading ship builder based in The Netherlands. It carries 176 passengers, fewer than other ships of the same size, offering a spacious atmosphere with more room per person throughout the ship. The passenger-to-crew ratio is better than four-to-one, ensuring that travelers always get the service and attention they deserve. Passengers will enjoy a selection of 92 plush cabins, most with floor-to-ceiling windows opening to private balconies, for scenic views without having to leave the comforts of their rooms.
Additional features include a Solaris deck with a track for walking and jogging, massage therapy salon, fitness room, reading room, and the Voyager's jazz-themed Blue Note lounge for nightly entertainment. The ship also provides complimentary bicycles for sightseeing and more. Wireless internet is provided along with GPS tracking so passengers can follow the ship's journey in real time. Meals are curated by Vantage's European-trained chefs, and highlight delicious American and European cuisine. Single seating dining also includes nightly featured wines.
"The ms River Voyager is the most impressive member of our international fleet yet and reflects the award-winning travel standards Vantage delivers to its customers year after year," said Henry R. Lewis, CEO of Vantage Deluxe World Travel. "This new ship and our itineraries truly represent the best of luxury travel."
Passengers will experience some of the world's most enchanting landscapes, from castle-dotted hillsides to iconic European gems like Cologne, Speyer and Strasbourg. Travelers will also be exposed to unforgettable cultural experiences, including themed cruises with specialty tours, concerts and visits to UNESCO World Heritage sites. Whether passengers are interested in seeking out great works of art, such as paintings by Van Gogh and the Dutch Masters at Amsterdam's Rijksmuseum; historical treasures like the twin-spired Cologne Cathedral; or fine wines, including crisp whites from the Rhine and Moselle river valleys, the Voyager has something for everyone. Vantage's new Family Travel cruises even offer itineraries geared for all generations in a family, with special activities and excursions, language lessons, and more for children and teens.
The full range of itineraries for 2016 and 2017 are available now.
