Your journey begins with your included international flight to Santiago. (You also have the option to reserve your own flights, if you prefer.) Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to a Superior First-class hotel — also included, of course — where you’ll stay for 3 nights. This is a perfect opportunity to explore this festive city, either on your own or via optional tours arranged by Vantage. Then, on Day 5, we’ll set out for the port of
Valparaiso to board the beautiful Norwegian Sun. Although fall is approaching in the Southern Hemisphere, our route takes us north towards spring by way of the tropics. Meandering up South America’s Pacific coast, you’ll visit little known ports and sunny Chilean beach towns like Coquimbo, Iquique, and Arica. You’ll also call at Lima, home of the grandest examples of Spanish Colonial architecture ... and Trujillo, Peru, one of the first city’s founded by the conquistadores. Then, you’ll cruise across the Equator and along the famed Panama Canal to the historic port of Puerto Limon, Costa Rica. Visit the resort town of Ocho Rios, Jamaica before returning to Miami.
