Hoi and Danang, Vietnam Cooking Class Tour

One of the highlights of any trip to Vietnam is the food. And Vietnam is finally getting more of the recognition it deserves in the world for its cuisine, with its fresh ingredients and imaginative flavors. A cooking class is a fun and interesting way to learn about the local ingredients and how to make some of the popular dishes. Situated on the banks of the Hoi An River, the Red Bridge Restaurant & Cooking School is designed to meet the growing demand from local and international travellers, for a quality Vietnamese dining experience with personal service and individual style. During this cooking class tour , your chef will take you to a local market , where you will be introduced and shownthe different names of vegetable and herbs in the market. Then back at the restaurant, your chef will demonstrateand show youhow to makesome of Vietnam’s signature dishes, such asFresh Rice Paper Rolls, Crispy Hoi An Pancakes with Shrimp, Herbs & a Peanut Sauce , Marinated Beef on a Sizzling Plate,Vietnamese Eggplant in Clay Pot. You can also try your hand at a Vietnam Rice paper Spring Roll. Dinner is served at the restaurant.

Cyclo City Tour of Hue
Afternoon Tour, Includes Dinner

There is no better way to see the World Heritage city of Hue than via traditional rickshaw. Ride along the river bank in the French Quarter before crossing the bridge to the Old Quarter of Hue where the main residential area is. The tour continues by the market and the former place where the Nguyen dynasty lived, before entering the East Gate of the Imperial City. The cyclo tour will give you a panoramic overview of the city’s architecture, as well as a glimpse into the daily lives of the local people. The tour ends with an imperial dinner served at a restaurant, where a group of Vietnamese musicians will welcome you and escort you to a private room. Two passengers will be selected as king and queen for the evening, and the rest will be civil and military Mandarin people, dressed in proper costume. Beautifully presented dishes in the shape of peacocks, dragons, and flowers will be served, much like a royal feast of the past.
