Killarney
Today, you’ll depart for an included full-day Ring of Kerry Tour, which circles the magnificent MacGillycuddy Reeks — a mountain range that contains the highest elevation peak in Ireland — and runs through its many passes and valleys along the shore of Dingle Bay and Kenmare Bay. You’ll see the picturesque villages of Glenbeigh, Waterville, and Sneem. You’ll also see Ladies View, one of the most photographed vistas in Ireland; the crystal Lakes of Killarney; and the Oakwoods and wildlife of Killarney National Park.

Killarney
On your second full day in Killarney, discover this quaint town at your leisure, or join a half-day optional tour to Muckross House, set in beautiful park land, which preserves the traditions of Ireland. You’ll get there in an Irish Jaunting Car — similar to a horse-drawn carriage — whose driver is an expert in telling stories about the local area. While exploring on your own, you may want to try one of the many “loop walks” where walkers return to the starting point without recovering their steps. These walks vary in length and difficulty and take you past some of Killarney’s lush green views and beautiful lakes. Other popular sites include the Torc Waterfall and the Gap of Dunloe. In the evening, join an optional tour to the vibrant town of Tralee, where you’ll enjoy dinner in a local restaurant before watching an entertaining show at “Siamsa Tire” — the National Folk Theatre of Ireland. (Please note this evening excursion is not available on all departures due to seasonality of the shows.)

Dublin
Discover Dublin on your own, or join an optional excursion to visit Ireland’s famous National Stud and Japanese Gardens, where you can immerse yourself in Ireland’s long and prosperous association with horseracing at this 948-acre farm, as well as take a tour of the historic gardens. On your own, you can explore Ireland’s literary history by visiting the National Print Museum of Ireland or the National Library of Ireland. Or, stop by one the city’s many art galleries or shopping districts. You’ll have this evening at leisure.
