Group Health/Dental Insurance Coverage

  • All full time associates are eligible on the first of the month following employment.
  • We offer health insurance with an PPO option including a prescription drug program.

401(k)

  • Full time associates (working 1,000 or more hours per year) are eligible to participate on the first day of the quarter following 6 months of employment.
  • Company match is 100% of each dollar up to the first 3% of pay contributed and 50% on the next 2% to an annual maximum of $2,500.
  • Vesting of employer contribution in increments of 25% starting with the first year of qualified service, 100% vesting after four (4) years of qualified service.

Group long & short-term disability insurance

  • All full-time associates are eligible the first of the month following sixty (60) days of employment.
  • Entire cost of programs is paid for by the company.

Tuition reimbursement

  • All full-time associates are eligible for this benefit after the completion of six (6) months of service.
  • Tuition reimbursement of up to $2,500 per calendar year.

Travel Discounts

  • Special discounts off regularly scheduled Vantage Travel programs.
  • Familiarization (FAM) trips.
  • Enrollment in IATAN (International Airlines Travel Agents Network).
  • Availability of other travel industry discounts.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

  • This benefit is available to all associates and their immediate family members upon date of hire.
  • There is no charge for the EAP assessment, referral, and follow-up. Any referral made to an outside agency may cost the associate; however, many charges are fully or partially covered under the health insurance plan.

Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick Time

  • Eleven paid holidays.
  • Two weeks paid vacation in the first year of employment, three weeks after three (3) years of employment, four weeks after five (5) years, and five weeks after ten (10) years.

T-Pass Reimbursement

  • After thirty (30) days of service, all full-time associates who travel by public transportation are eligible to receive partial reimbursement, depending on cost and years of service.
