Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

This benefit is available to all associates and their immediate family members
upon date of hire.

There is no charge for the EAP assessment, referral, and follow-up. Any
referral made to an outside agency may cost the associate; however, many
charges are fully or partially covered under the health insurance plan.
Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick Time

Eleven paid holidays.

Two weeks paid vacation in the first year of employment, three weeks after
three (3) years of employment, four weeks after five (5) years, and five weeks
after ten (10) years.

After thirty (30) days of service, all full-time associates who travel by

on cost and years of service.
